Some announcements made today:
The due date for the synthesis essay has been moved to Thursday, the 6th, instead of Tuesday. You need to have it printed out and turn in in at turnitin.com as well.
Also, get a copy of Fahrenheit 451 as we will be reading that soon.
If you want to get ahead on homework, you can read pages 1-40 in Fahrenheit 451, read Harrison Bergeron and The Pedestrian, and watch A Vision of Students, Machines are Using Us, and Did You Know.
Today was a work day for our essays. You had the choice of working with your essay on your own, working on it with Smith, or doing some peer editing.
Remember, essays are due Thursday!
